Welcome to Splash of Color by Bev—a collection of photographic art and painterly transformations inspired by the beauty of everyday life.

I’m a self-taught artist who creates from a love of photography, color, and texture. Many of my photographs are carefully edited and layered to achieve a soft, “painted” look—turning a captured moment into a finished work of art. I’m involved in every step of the process, and I’m always my own toughest critic until it feels just right.

My life and travels have shaped my work—from the Pacific Northwest to Alaska’s dramatic landscapes and wildlife, and now to Texas where new scenery continues to inspire fresh ideas and collections.
